Watching TV in the garage … without a television: digital player portable computer … What should I use?

I am the Garate our conversion into a work-out room. I like watching TV while I'm on the machine, and I would be able to watch DVDs as well. I want to watch TV shows, but I do not want to run another cable box and TiVo there. I have TiVo in the house. So I thought a) placing a computer in the garage and the transfer shows from TiVo to the computer and installation of a monitor on the wall, or b) finding a portable Digital Video I could transfer TiVo files, but you need a screen big enough (have not found one yet), or c) Get a TV / VCR and save Only the TiVo recordings on VHS tapes (we have a portable DVD player I could plug into the TV if necessary). I incline to the computer so I could also put all my music on the computer and listen for the effort. I culd download videos from other training etc. So what you recommend, and do you have other ideas? Thank you!

I suppose you'd have to buy an i-pod video 60 gb.i suppose it would help u
