Workout Running
What is a good workout running for now?
My friend arrives in about 2 hours. We'll do some speed drills and exercises to prepare substantive headed cross country tomorrow. What a workout provide effective results sufficient for tomorrow? All plans, exercises, etc. would be greatly appreciated, but I need it in about 1 ½ hours.
if you have a race tomorrow, you want to make sure you do not do any speed work. I always run only 3 or 4 miles before a meeting. Moreover, for dinner eat a ton of spaggetti / paste if you have lots of carbohydrates in the race for you. hope this helps!
