3 Abs Workout Mistakes and How to Fix Them

I logged thousands of personal training sessions over my career and everyone wants to know more about the workouts and abdominal exercises abs.
My customers want to know how to lose fat stomach and get a six-pack, or at least they just want to lose belly fat so they have an ABS firm that look good in their clothes (and naked).
I can not blame them. Who does not want a nice looking midsection? Who does not want to get abs firm or thin enough, they can say they have a six-pack.
The problem is that 99% of them have all the same misconceptions about workouts and exercises ABS and how to really lose fat in the stomach and get abs firm.
I have reduced the errors, myths and misconceptions surrounding ABS and ABS training exercises for my top 3.
These Abs Workout 3 errors were made by almost everyone I've ever trained, has designed a program, or consulted.
Make sure these mistakes?
1) Spending too much time doing crunches – I am simply not shout it from the roofs … you do not need to do crunches to get six pack abs and you sure I need not do crunches to lose stomach fat or even get ABS business.
Crunch does not work just enough muscle and not burn enough calories to fat to be considered a useful exercise to lose belly fat, let alone get firm abs or a six-pack.
Devoting 20 minutes a day to hundreds (or thousands) of crunches, the election is like Big Bird or Elmo chair.
They may some good sound and have all the answers, but it did not much sense to elect a puppet to such high office (sorry, was my attempt at a joke).
Make hundreds or even thousands, crackling, you strengthen your stomach, for sure, but what if you still have a layer of soft molasses covering all the hard work?
Instead you must focus on workouts full body and ABS full body exercises to lose stomach fat fast and get the firm, toned stomach or six pack abs you want.
Take for example, this workout for abs, abs using only body full of exercises that I designed for a client. To do this mini-circuit before your regular workout when you are still fresh, if you can really hit your abs hard.
1A) Dumbbell Overhead Squat – 10 reps
1B) Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
1C) Reverse Plank – 30 seconds
Doing that in a format circuit, resting 20 seconds after the last exercise before repeating another 2 or 3 times. Do this for a week, few and you will certainly see a difference in your abs and you lose fat belly.
2) Run your hard work at the door by eating poorly – What does it do to work as hard drive of your fat loss only to return home or leave your gym at home and eat junk?
What sense does it make, after all this hard work, you mess with bad eating habits on a daily basis? This is probably one of the things more stupid than you could do. I do not want to be rude, I'm just trying to put it bluntly.
If you want to lose fat stomach and get strong abs, or even six-pack abs, you need to clean up your diet and stop eating so poorly. You should stop eating processed junk in boxes and bags like crackers and chips, stop eating things like bagels and breads processed and begin eating more fruits, vegetables, lean protein, nuts, legumes, and healthy fats.
You also need to start eating several times a day, and this especially means breakfast. It also means cutting out snacks late night and limit alcohol.
You know what to cut, so to do.
Remember what your goals are. You want to lose stomach fat and get abs you want now. Eat like it!
3) Not actively bending or bracing your abs in every exercise – It's sad that I have to say, but too often people do not actively seek flex their abs while doing an exercise for abs.
I do not know why. One might think that because you do ABS exercise that you would be flexing your abs hard every rehearsal, but too many people just go through the motions and too fast.
You need to slow down and actively flex your abs when you're doing an abs exercise. And each year, this is not an exercise abs, you need braces as if someone is about to you call the stomach.
This will ensure that we learn to "control" your abs and make sure that when you lose big belly you have a sense and toned midsection worthy of praise.
I also want you to think this way … each exercise should be an abs exercise. If you brace your abs during every single exercise in your workout fat loss, you'll make each substance in a single year abs exercise. Doing a chest press, brace your abs. Make a slit, brace your abs. Every single exercise you do, if you work your abs specifically or otherwise, must be transformed into an abs exercise.
If you stop doing these abdominal exercises and abs exercise critical errors, and start make workouts full body with ABS full body exercises, I guarantee you'll start to lose fat stomach get abs and firm (and perhaps even the sought after six-pack) in no time.
