Can you explain the pain and tingling in my foot during my course?

I'ma 24 y / o female who used to run daily for at least an hour at a time. I stopped running it about a year ago b / c of a busy schedule … won a lot of weight too. I started running again in a week. I run for 45 minutes. The last three days I had moderate pain in the arch of my right foot followed by tingling / numbness (feels very similar to when my foot falls asleep). Pain / tingling / numbness lies about midway in the race. I can run through pain, but can not continue to run after the tingling / numbness starts. Yes, I stretch before I run (warm-up followed by stretches). I guess I'm drinking enough water during the day increments. I have flat feet, but I use Superfeet insoles in shoes for runners with flat feet. My race is run on the pavement (sidewalk) and is mainly flat (not much inclined). Any ideas / solutions?

You have a good idea that they are your feet because you provided information on 1) the feet flat 2) hard, hope that the flat surfaces, you have a shoe that has arch support additional. Have you tried to run without the boot support? It could be that the ark is spasming and cutting off circulation. If it continues, you may want to see a podiatrist, who can conduct a thorough assessment on your feet and make specific orthotics for your feet. Would running just prior to when the pain starts and when tingling read. So, if the pain begins 20 minutes after the start, stop the race 15 minutes. It may be that you can never progress past the 15 minutes without pain, or it May take several months to build up to exceed 15 minutes. ….. Good luck and try to run on the sand or dirt instead of pavement.
